The Bosurgi Mind Fitness Method™ combines Cognitive Guided Meditation™ (CGM) with life and mind coaching programs. These natural, fast and enjoyable  processes typically clears  the most common causes of unchartered anxiety and fear, resolving Adult Emotional Dependency (AED), targeting faulty unconscious decisions, clearing traumas and PTSD, and rebooting the overactive survival system.

This resolves most of the issues caused by anxiety and fear, such as depression, eating disorders, feeling overwhelmed and confused, anger, alcohol and drug addictions, fear of judgment and rejection, confidence and relationship issues, poor performance, etc.; as well as enhancing confidence, clear mind, success and joy of life.

The method was created and refined in the last 30 years by Luca Bosurgi with over 5,000 clients, showing a consistent and long-lasting success rate exceeding clients expectation.

The Bosurgi Mind Fitness  Method™ group certificate classes comprises of 4 levels:

1st level: Establishing Emotional self-reliance and reduce or clear reactive anxiety and fear.

2nd level: Clearing Adult Emotional Dependency and reduce or clear proactive neediness, anxiety and dependency.

3rd level: Establish Emotional Self-Reliance, promoting confidence, assertiveness and mind management

The initial 3 stages require that the student attends at least to 5 classes each and shows readiness to move to the next level.

Cognitive Guided Meditation™ (CGM) is the Bosurgi Mind Fitness proprietary subliminal mind training, detoxing and enhancement delivered in a deep meditational state. Luca Bosurgi have identified a language that the mind understand, appreciate and act opon it.

Each exercise is tailor-made to naturally help your mind to clear, detox and enhance specific areas of your cognitive mental system. Your mind aims to give you the best possible service, therefore will happily perform the suggested exercises if believes that  are beneficial.

During the Cognitive Guided Meditations (CGM) you will lay comfortably on a yoga matt with closed eyes. Modern yoga focuses on exercise, strength, agility, and breathing. It help boost physical and mental well-being. Styles of yoga include:

Ashtanga yoga

This type of yoga practice uses ancient yoga teachings. However, it became popular during the 1970s.

Ashtanga applies the same poses and sequences that rapidly link every movement to breath.

Bikram yoga

People practice Bikram yoga, also known as hot yoga, in artificially heated rooms at a temperature of nearly 105oF and 40% humidity. It consists of 26 poses and a sequence of two breathing exercises.

Hatha yoga

Power yoga

In the late 1980s, practitioners developed this active and athletic type of yoga based on the traditional Ashtanga system.
